1950s Japanese comic

A fun post about an old Japanese comic with a rather unhealthy interest in DDT. Plus, a rather more stodgy offering saying that a lot of that supposed barbarity in New Orleans never actually happened and asking why it was reported as truth. Not sure I completely go along with the whole analysis (not sure I have completely read it) but the simple fact that much of the widely publicised raping and looting did not occur was interesting enough.
